The “INTEL VISUAL ADRENALINE ISV GAME GIVEAWAY” (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3/23/09 and ends at 12:00:00 midnight (ET) on 5/24/09 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Intel Corporation, 2111 NE 25th Ave., Hillsboro, OR 97124 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes consists of nine (9) Weekly Prize random drawings to award specific gaming titles (“Weekly Prize Random Drawings”) and one (1) final random drawing to award Intel® X25M 80GB Extreme SATA Solid State Drives (“SSD Random Drawing”). See below for specific entry periods of Weekly Prize Random Drawings and SSD Random Drawing. The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS), EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF ENTRY DATE. US BASED APO/FPO ADDRESSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID OUTSIDE THE AREA SPECIFIED ABOVE AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. YOU MAY ENTER EACH WEEK DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES, BUT ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER E-MAIL ADDRESS/PERSON PER WEEK WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY ATTEMPTED GAME PLAYS IN EXCESS OF THAT LIMIT SHALL BE DEEMED VOID. The Promotion Parties, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s), and and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; inability to access the Entry Site or any web pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site (including the Entry Site) or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at the Entry Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced and entries in excess of the number stated above from any one (1) valid e-mail address and/or person will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. Weekly Prize Random Drawings: Potential weekly prize winners will be selected in a series of weekly random drawings to be held on/about the following dates from among the eligible entries as detailed herein:

SSD Prize Random Drawing: Potential SSD Prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries, on or about 6/6/09.

All random drawings will be conducted by representatives of West Coast Marketing, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. The odds of winning a prize in a specific random drawing are determined by the total number of eligible entries for that specific random drawing. Potential SSD Prize winners will be notified by mail, or e-mail within ten (10) days of the SSD Prize drawing date and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity and a W-9 form (individually and collectively “Required Paperwork”) within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance of notification. Failure to respond to a notification or return Required Paperwork fully-executed in the required time period may result in a potential winner being disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a subsequent drawing may be held to award the applicable prize. Return of a prize notification or prize as undeliverable for any reason or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in a potential winner being disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a subsequent drawing may be held to award the applicable prize.

Weekly Prize Winners will be notified of winning with the delivery of their prize within sixty (60) days of the applicable random drawing. If any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be selected.

Individuals may win more than one (1) Weekly Prize BUT only one (1) specific title of Weekly Prize will be awarded to any one (1) individual.

All Federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, voice, biographical information and statements for publicity, advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without additional compensation or limitation of any kind.

PRIZES: SSD PRIZE (four [4] SSD Prizes will be awarded): Each SSD Prize shall consist of an Intel® X25M 80GB Extreme SATA Solid State Drive. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each SSD Prize is $500.

TOM CLANCY’s HAWX PC GAME: (500 are available to be won, with 55 available to be won per Weekly Prize random drawing with the exception of Weekly Prize random drawing # 9 when 60 will be awarded) (ARV: $49.95 each)

EPIC: UNREAL TOURNAMENT 3 PC GAME: (1,500 are available to be won, with 166 available to be won per Weekly Prize random drawing with the exception of Weekly Prize random drawing # 9 when 172 will be awarded) (ARV: $19.99 each)

MONSTERS VS ALIENS PC GAME: (500 are available to be won, with 55 available to be won per Weekly Prize random drawing with the exception of Weekly Prize random drawing # 9 when 60 will be awarded) (ARV: $49.95 each)

Prizes are non-transferable, assignable and have no cash value. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner. Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within the United States. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute comparable prize if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by winners. All prizes are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind except as provided in the standard manufacturer or service provider warranties. By accepting prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. Any prizes that are not awarded in any random drawing, due to insufficient number(s) of eligible entries will remain the property of the Sponsor.

The total approximate retail value of the prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $154,860. The odds of winning a prize in a specific random drawing are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for that specific random drawing.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control.

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Santa Clara, CA, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. California law governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto.

GENERAL RELEASES:

1. Participants agree to release and waive any claim they may have against Releasees and their respective successors and assigns for injuries, claims, damages, or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or possession of or arising out of use or misuse of a Prize or parts thereof or from participation or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes.

2. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award all prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect on-line entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at the Entry Site. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE (INCLUDING THE ENTRY SITE) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry on the Entry Site, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account entered. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

NOTE: Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes.
